Making your own almond milk is super easy! 🥛🥛 Stella is allergic to dairy so I had to look for alternatives.. I find soy & rice milk gross, oak milk drinkable but almond milk for me tastes the best by far if I make it at home. Most of the store bought alternatives have lots of nasties in them. Almond milk is basically water however at home you can choose how much almonds to add to the mixture. Some of the store bought milks can have as little as 2% almonds.

This is the recipe I use however you can add more almonds to make it more creamier 👇 Ingredients- 🌱 1 litre of water
🌱 1 cup of insecticide free or organic almonds
🌱 1 litre bottle to store milk
Method Overnight soak 1 cup of almonds (or more) in water. Make sure all almonds are covered. In the morning drain the water from the almonds and give them a rinse. Then put the almonds in the blender along with 1 litre of fresh water. Blend for a couple of minutes then pour the product into a nut milk bag or cheese cloth to strain. You will end up with 1L of almond milk. Super easy! The blended up almonds can be slowly dried in the oven to make almond meal or added straight away to a recipe. It saves me a lot of money, tastes better and has no nasties in it. #almondmilk #allergies #dairyfree #purified_living#healthyliving #nochemicals #milkalternative#insecticidefreealmonds #nutmilkbag #toowoomba#wyreema
